What are they?
Warts are a raised growth on the surface of the skin. Molluscum are small, painless, pearl-like nodules. Both may result from minor skin trauma (such as scrapes). Both are viral infections.
How do we treat them?
Destructive therapies such as cryotherapy or laser, immunotherapy, or home regimens including topical creams or solutions may be recommended. Warts and molluscum can be difficult to treat and often require multiple treatments.
